The second part of the scratching has samples from the 1948 Max Fleischer Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer cartoon. It is public domain. BUT THERE ARE IMPORTANT NOTES:

Rudolph the character is NOT in public domain until 2034. So in this audio, I reversed his name. He is copyrighted and trademarked.

There are two versions of the cartoon, both are public domain BUT…

1948 Version WITHOUT “Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer” theme song on the Library Of Congress page.

1951 Version with the super famous song that is still covered by copyrights. Now on this link, the page says it is the 1948 song. IT IS NOT.
