I wanted to use the amazing drums Billy Ray … My main job is a water engineer. A flood in Prague in 2002 had a similar pattern. Slowly but surely grew to a flat peak gradually subsided. Hence the name. It’s funky, jazzy and a bit annoying (vuvuzels), but as a whole it makes sense to me.
