over the last two weeks i’ve really come to appreciate radiotimes on a new level. the way he puts unlikey source tracks together to make a song is amazing. after listening to most of radio’s mixes (there are a lot) i picked ‘boy trouble’ thinking i’d create a dreamy ambient track. after i had almost completed the mix, (with some help from snowflake, some thunder, some rain, etc.), i had a momentary lapse of reason, burned it, and started over. this is the result. quite different from the original. sometimes it just happens that way. thankfully there was a time limit on the secret mixter, or i’d be lost in the headphones forever. thanks to radiotimes for pushing the art of remixing into new and creative territory. i learned a lot.
