I attempt to sing this old-as-dirt hymn in ecclesiastical Latin, which is strange to me because I was taught classical Latin (spoken with a different pronunciation). I’m also singing below my normal range and with temporary breathing problems. I’ve never been a more prolific singer than now that I have trouble catching my breath between verses!
