Heaps of credit to Neurowaxx for a solid foundation for this track.
I added some sparse horns and a little percussion, not that the original needed it though - more as a listening exercise for myself to figure out some placement issues.
I’ve placed Fivestar’s vox much more in front than I normally would because of the intimate nature of her delivery - its like she has a big secret to tell and just can’t help whispering but yelling out to the whole world at the same time.
Tempted to give the vox a telephone lofi treatment but it would be such a shame ruining such a great voice.
