This dance track has been made with several instances of the Vanguard synth using ableton Live as host and the classical 909 drumkit. One nice thing: only one monophonic midi track has been used, even if you hear several notes in the same time! (these notes are autogenerated by the useful “chord”, “pitch” and “scale” midi effect in Ableton Live and the pattern are generated with the “trancegate” and “ARP” sections of the vanguard synth) I made it quite quickly: only three hours of work! Well, it doesn’t sound too bad. Does it? Ok, maybe it is a bit repetitive. Next song will be better :^)
